Being Thankful:
Remember to thank those around you for your time playing flag football. Coaches, teammates and parents deserve a big thank you for all of the time and effort they have put in so you could enjoy this great sport. Look them in the eye, shake their hand (or hug your parents) and say "thank you". It's the right thing to do.
With the current high temperatures it is important to know the signs of heat exhaustion. If you have any of these symptoms please let the tent personnel know.
Cool, moist skin with goose bumps when in the heat.
Heavy sweating.
Faintness.
Dizziness.
Fatigue.
Weak, rapid pulse.
Low blood pressure upon standing.
Muscle cramps.
Nausea.
Headache.
For everyone's safety we have developed a Weather and Emergency Exit Plan. Click to download the plan.
Is your flag belt too long? We noticed a few long flags making it seem you had a third flag too pull.
It's quite easy to fix this program. Click on the link below for instructions.
There are a few players that are allergic to nuts. For their safety, please do not bring and food that may contain nuts such as almonds, peanuts, etc. to the field.
Thank you for understanding.
