OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower youth athletes and instill a lifelong passion for flag football through leagues that are engaging, fun, and accessible for everyone. With the support of the NFL, we provide a structured opportunity for kids to discover the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship—both on and off the field.
BUILDING CHARACTER
Entering our 16th season, we have used sports to build character in our players. We do this by training our coaches so that they can identify key situations that arise during a game which can be used to focus on character traits we want to teach our players. We also focus on a key character trait each week - we call it the Mentor Tip of the Week - and we ask our coaches to talk about that trait with their teams.
GREAT GAMEDAY EXPERIENCE
We believe that sports is much more than just the game. That's why we focus on the pageantry of the event. From event signage to our special event days we focus on this part of running a league because we want our players to come to the field and think "this is cool", "this is important", "this is worth my time".
GAME PLAY EQUITY
It's important that players feel they are a part of the game. That's why we work hard with our coaches to ensure they have game day strategies that will ensure each player feels like they are a part of the game.
PHYSICAL & EMOTIONAL SAFETY
A player's physical and emotional safety is paramount to their enjoyment of the game. That is why we have developed rules that ensure our players play in a physically safe environment. We also work with our coaches to spot a player's emotional challenges.
